Professional Experience

Mrs. Parlato concentrates her practice in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law. She is a trial attorney with over 20 years experience in New York State Supreme Court, Family, County, City and Town Courts. A former Judge of 12 years, Mrs. Parlato's Judicial experience provides an insight into the Justice System, and as a Wife and Mother, she understands the sensitive nature surrounding Family Law issues, and will handle your case with caring and compassion.

Mr. Parlato concentrates his practice in the areas of Business, Estates and Real Estate Law. He provides practical strategies attuned to the unique situation of each client, including entity formations, contract negotiation, transaction negotiation, shareholder/partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, lease agreements, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and estate administration. In partnership with our litigation attorney, we engage in civil litigation in all Courts in Western New York with regard to business, corporate and commercial issues.
